Our differential lies in providing unique and exclusive equipment, with special filters, to sanitize your pets’ clothes and blankets.
What’s more, it’s important to note that the washes come with detergents, disinfectants and softeners included.
We provide a cozy and pleasant space for your stay during the wait, with free internet access, USB sockets, television, play area for children, snacks and drinks.

What it means
Washing process
- Hand wash only.
- This symbol means your garment can only be washed by hand.
- The number always indicates the maximum temperature. Wash at a maximum of 30°C.
- It should be washed with care and at the temperature indicated or below.
- The number always indicates the maximum temperature indicated. Wash at 40ºC or below.
- Your clothes can withstand washing temperatures of up 40°C then continues the same for all other temperatures max. 50°C, 60° + .
- One line down indicates a gentle process, i.e. shorter.
- Two lines indicate a very gentle or delicate process.
- This garment needs particularly careful washing. Delicate program (e.g. wool ).
- The dois in the middle indicate the washing temperature. They are North American washing symbols.
- 1 dot Cold wash.
- 2 Dots Medium Temperature 40°C.
- 3 Dots Temperature 50°C, 4 Dots 60°, 5 Dots 70° and 6 Dots 95°C.
- Don’t wash.
- Be careful when you see symbol on your clothes.
- Clothes with this symbol mean that they can’t be machine washed or hand washed. They probably need dry cleaning.
- Normal drying.
- This square with a circle inside means that the garment can go in the tumble dryer.
- Air drying.
- An empty square is the symbol indicating that the garment should be air-dried.
- Dry clothes by hanging them on a clothesline.
- Don’t tumble dry.
- Items of clothing that should not in the dryer a square with an “X” above them.
- Don’t put these items in the dryer.
- 1 Dot in the middle; indicates Cold/Low Heat, temperatures below 60ºC.
- 2 Dots in the middle; indicates normal temperature, maximum up to 80ºC.
- 3 Dots in the middle; indicates the highest temperature possible.
- A line below the symbol indicates; Drying – medium temperature (e.g. synthetics).
- Two linesbelow the symbol indicate; Drying – extra gentle (like wool).
- Drying – without heat.
- A “black” circle inside the square, indicates that the garment should only be dried with cold air.
